Overview and Specifications

The Syma Fairy is one of the smallest micro helicopters in the world. At just 5 inches in length, it easily fits in the palm of your hand. As small and lightweight as it is, the Fairy is remarkably tough and will survive crashes to fly again! Unlike many other micro helis, the Fairy is made of tough ABS plastic instead of styrofoam. A digital proproportional controller gives you a surprising amount of control with only 2 channels. The left joystick controls the speed of the main blades allowing up-down control of the heli and the right joystick varies the tailrotor speed giving you directional control. Charging the built in lithium polymer battery is easy... you simply plug the controller into the heli and the controller charges the battery using the 6 AA cells in the controller. A 20 minute charge is good for about 5 minutes of flying time.
